We’re looking for exceptional talent who:
- A high-impact builder with end-to-end ownership
- Comfortable working across the full stack, including research interfaces, backend services, APIs, and system integrations that support experimentation and deployment
- Able to make thoughtful trade-offs to ensure speed, quality, and scale
- Operate with a product-first mindset, ensuring research outputs translate into usable, impactful systems
- Fluent in AI-assisted software engineering and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Design for speed by default and focus on shipping real impact
All our positions are full-time onsite in Prague, Czech Republic.
