We're looking for exceptional talent who are:
- Have a foundational understanding of Transformer architectures, are familiar with encoders, decoders, loss functions, and optimizers, and have hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Able to demonstrate novel ideas & can rapidly improve models through rigorous experiments and utilize the available compute to achieve the largest possible performance improvements.
- Strong communicators, comfortable in research discussions, efficient in explaining and presenting their methods and results, as well as making decisions based on them.
- Take ownership of the full experimentation pipeline, including data preparation, rapidly scaling experiments from early prototypes to state-of-the-art performance, and designing rigorous, real-world, relevant evaluation frameworks.
- Not afraid of ambiguity or the unknown, eager to try novel ideas and implement them into robust, maintainable codebases.
